At House of Huneidi, we are committed to achieving a truly world class garment for our clients. Every body is unique and must undergo due process to ensure a fantastic fit and finish.  With this in mind, more difficult body types or a specialty design pattern may require multiple fittings. If our final fit does not meet these standards, we will make whatever alterations necessary to achieve a final product you are satisfied with. Should a garment be unalterable to achieve the desired fit, we will happily remake it.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the nature of custom made products, cancellation of your order is only possible prior to the physical cutting of materials for your order, typically within the first 24-48 hours of completion of the initial fitting appointment. Once the process of creating your unique garment has begun, cancellation for refund is not possible.

Return Policy:

With the inherent features of creating truly custom clothing, each and every garment we produce is made to fit only you. With that in mind, we cannot accept returns. If you are experiencing an issue with your fit or quality issue, we are happy to accommodate your needs to make sure we achieve a fit to your satisfaction as determined reasonable by the discretion of our master tailors and highly experienced styling professionals. At the event of a refund being approved, all made to order pieces are subject to up to 50% restocking fee.
